    We ship through UPS Express, DHL Express, and FedEx Express.
    We only offer these options as these are the most economical options for e-commerce shipping anywhere in the world right now.
    Once the item has reached its destination, it will be in the hands of your local postal service. If the item has not arrived at your address, please contact your local postal service with the Tracking Number.
    SNEAKER EXTRAS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR MISSING PACKAGES ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN HANDED TO YOUR LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE.

    Currently, we're shipping to every Continent. Feel free to place an order and collect your order in 4-7 business days with Express Shipping.
    Please note that you are to bear any additional charges incurred through customs or taxes.

  3. IN HOW MUCH TIME I WILL GET MY ORDER?

    SNEAKER EXTRAS delivers most of the orders within seven days of the order placement (subject to serviceable Pin codes availability). Your order might get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, and natural disaster conditions.

  4. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

    The Express Shipping charges vary from country to country and also depends upon the order quantity.
    International shipping to the Americas, Europe, Asia and AU/NZ starts at $9*!
    Domestic shipping in India starts at ₹150*!

  5. CAN I CHECK OR KNOW ABOUT THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    You will receive an email with the tracking information after your order has been processed. Please give the system at least 24 hours to update tracking information.

         We'd like to point out that after a tracking number has been issued,  
         registered postage is non-refundable under any circumstances since it is
         considered to have been delivered.
